The nia® Mentorship class is one program the n~motion Studio staff is truly proud of! Our desire is to create a warm, relaxed, teaching environment that supports new nia® educators. Our new nia® educators need to start some place and we feel its vital they receive support as they begin teaching! Help our new nia® teachers grow by taking a limited-time-frame class with them!

This is not only a great way for new educators to begin teaching, but a bargain for our students as well!

The Mentorship class is $5 for a 60 minute class. We feel it’s a win-win for ALL!

Ageless Grace™

Ageless Grace™ is a 60 minute chair exercise class.
Denise Medved developed a cutting-edge brain fitness program based on the science of neuroplasticity. This program activates all 5 functions of the brain - analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination.

This program simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function. The 21 Tools have creative, imaginative names, so they are easy to remember.

Ageless Grace™ is for all ages and is designed to be practiced seated in a chair! Why seated? For Core Strength development. It is often easy to "cheat" when standing up and performing an exercise by avoiding the use of weaker muscles and using stronger ones instead. When you exercise seated, you must engage your core muscles and a stronger core makes for a stronger and happier body!
