Sean’s passion is to help students feel successful and confident in their physical bodies.
She received her 200 hour yoga training at Synergy Yoga, Life Inspired in Rock Hill with Sara Cain-da Costa. She completed a faith based training at Inspiritus Yoga in Chandler, Arizona with Dawn Wahler-Hopkins. Currently she is enrolled in an additional teacher training, Dynamic Gentle Yoga in the Kripalu tradition with Rudy Peirce.
Sean is a lover of Nia® dancing. She is a wife, a daughter, a mom to three adult sons and two rescue dogs. Sean has a BA in studio art and an ADN in nursing. She has worked as a registered nurse for twelve years with experience in hospice and geriatrics. Working with people at end of life has helped her to develop a “Carpe Diem” attitude.
She enjoys helping others achieve goals and creating a life they love. She weaves inspirational messages into her yoga classes, creating a contemplative and uplifting atmosphere.
Sean receives a great deal of inspiration from watching her plants grow and loves playing with her dogs outdoors!
