Yoga For Everybody
This Hatha yoga class focuses on bringing awareness to the mind, body, and breath thru a variety of yoga poses at a gentle pace.
Emphasis is on alignment and self-awareness for a safe practice. Develop and maintain strength, flexibility and balance for your health and well-being. Taking time to practice yoga can improve your mood, ease body tension, and give you more focus.
Classes will include: aromatherapy (essential oils), pranayama (breathing), and asanas ( yoga poses).
A holistic approach to yoga for every ”body” from the curious beginner to seasoned yogis. All are welcomed!
Classes led by Suzanne Braunlich, 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

Tune in to your body and your breath as you flow through a vinyasa practice designed for all levels of yoga experience.
We'll be n~motion through standing and balance postures as well as floor work to build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance.
